Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document progress to enhance mobility, safety, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, uphold clinical excellence and compliance standards, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered, and teamwork‑driven culture.
