Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes in accordance with clinical standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support safe functional mobility, and educate patients and caregivers.
