Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety and independence. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient and family education, equipment use, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
