Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and promote safety, independence, and dignity.
