Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy services to seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
