Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support individualized therapy programs for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll implement treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, compassion, teamwork, professional growth, and evidence-based clinical excellence.
