Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, document progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and advancement in diverse post-acute environments.
