Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working closely with supervising Physical Therapists, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, and balance activities to promote safety and independence. You’ll document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on integrity, respect, and quality clinical outcomes.
