Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and assist with gait, balance, and functional mobility training. You will document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered culture that prioritizes dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident.
