Education & Experience Requirements Active license to practice physical therapy in Connecticut
Completion of requirements to maintain licensure, including continuing education

We offer a pre-licensure position allowing graduates to work alongside experienced clinicians while studying for boards. This program provides income, mentorship, and a structured transition into practice.
Salary Range Starting Salary Range: $90,000-$117,000
Eligible for productivity incentive bonus

The posted pay range and actual compensation offered are based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, market data, internal equity, and organizational needs.
