Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Orland Park, IL
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Position Summary:
Join a growing pain management clinic focused on treating spine and joint conditions, including low back pain, neck pain, and nerve-related pain. The clinic emphasizes personalized, exercise-based treatment plans, low patient volume, and one-on-one care to help patients improve function and quality of life in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat spine and orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Active Physical Therapy License (Required).
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• Strong interest in orthopedic and spine rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
