Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist -Ortho- Pelvic -Lexington, KY
nLocation: KORT Bryan Station, 1650 Bryan Station Road,Suite 122, Lexington, KY 40505
nSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
nCompensation: starting at $72,000-$95,000 annual base and up commensurate with expeience
nIncentives: Potential sign on bonuses $10,000-$20,000 and indefinite student debt relief program
nOur KORT Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven orthopedic/ pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnPelvic Health Experience in the last 3 years if a current pracitcing clinician
n
nnPelvic Health Clinical Rotation if current student
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnPelvic Health Certification through APTA or Herman Wallce
