Patient-first PT wanted for a growing local private practice

This clinic serves general orthopedic and an active/athletic population Treat orthopedics, post-surgical, chronic pain, & vestibular

True 1:1 patient care with dedicated 45-minute treatments and 1-hour evals 5 hours of documentation time weekly

Hands-on mentorship and training offered by the owner and seasoned team

Flexible schedule with half-day Fridays built in: No weekends

Bonuses / Incentives

Loan Forgiveness: $11,000 over two years ($5,500 per year)

20 days of PTO

3% retirement match

Benefits package with a medical insurance stipend to cover monthly premiums

Orthopedic population with an active/athletic population

About the Position:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active CO PT license or ability to obtain

Passion for Orthopedics

Team player and lifelong learner

Excellent communication skills across all levels

Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture

Collaborative, team-building personality style
