No double booking or dove tailing...all 1:1 patient care + time for documentation daily
Outpatient Orthopedic population and some Neurological conditions
Up-to $20,000 in bonuses
Hands-on mentorship and training program

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Outpatient Ortho position seeing both Non-surgical and Post-surgical Orthopedics. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team building personality style
Experience preferred
