Overview
nFull-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist
nnnIncentives: Indefinite loan assistance and sign-on bonus available
nLocation: NovaCare – Rosedale, Baltimore, MDCompensation: $80,000 - $100,000

n Orthopedic and sports injuries
Neurological conditions
Vestibular disorders
Oncology rehabilitation (ReVital program)

n nnWe welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10–12 patients per day , with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions , allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Every physical therapist’s journey here reflects excellence, innovation , and life-changing care . We’re committed to supporting your growth and success, professionally and personally.
nnnSchedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

n nnnnResponsibilities
n Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n nQualifications
n Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
