nBayCare is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Physical Therapist (Pool/PRN) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Bardmoor Rehabilitation Center offers outpatient rehabilitation services for adults, adolescents and children who are dealing with sports injuries, neurological conditions and developmental delays. Our experienced and compassionate team tailors each rehabilitation program to suit your unique needs so that you can reach your maximum potential.
nPhysical Therapist Pool/PRN Responsibilities:
nnnEvaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.
n
nnDevelop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.
n
nnProvide one-on-one, patient-centered therapy in an outpatient setting.
n
nnMaintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
n
nnMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
n
nnContribute to program development for neuro-focused services, including vestibular or balance training, gait rehabilitation, or cognitive-motor integration.
n
nnParticipate in continuing education and staff training related to neuro rehab.
n
nnResponsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.
n
nnTeam members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist that has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time.

n nCertifications and Licensures :
nnnRequired BLS (Basic Life Support)
n
nnRequired PT (Physical Therapy)
n
nnOr PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain
n
nnOr PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months
n
n nRequirements:
nnnRequired Bachelor's Physical Therapy
n
nnPreferred Master's Physical Therapy
n
nnPreferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy
n
nnPreferred 1-year Physical Therapist
