Job description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with experience in hand therapy for an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
Evaluating and developing personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
Providing hands-on therapy and treatment for patients with physical impairments and pain.
Collaborating and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, including making referrals when necessary.
Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency levels.
Completing documentation in line with departmental policies.
Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications Include
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s preferred.
Valid Physical Therapist License.
No prior experience required.
Skills And Attributes
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to delegate and supervise appropriately.
