Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full-Time)
Location: Front Royal, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on improving patients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in an outpatient setting.
Utilize evidence-based practices to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and wellness.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
Certifications: BLS certification required.
