nProvides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. Prefer candidates with orthopedic clinical specialty.
nStandard Qualifications
nnnRequired Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program

nnPreferred Master's Degree

nn6 months of relevant experience Preferred

nnLIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

nnLIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required

nnCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
