nTHE POSITION
nWe are looking for full-time Outpatient Physical Therapists with a specialty focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy. We are focused on finding compassionate, dedicated, and motivated leaders that will provide a transformative experience for our patients and staff as well as achieve success in the community by growing our brand of Physical Therapy.
nJob Requirements:
nPhysical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
nLicense to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required)
nPreferred at least 1-2+ years' experience treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting, however new grads are encouraged to apply
nComputer skills and ability to navigate EMR for requisite documentation and billing
nExcellent interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service to our patients from evaluation through discharge
nAbility to independently carry a caseload of patients and deliver evidence-based and expertise-driven treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes
nAbility to amongst a team of dynamic individuals with a shared Patient First mentality
nPossess the confidence and drive to interact with our current and future referral sources
nAbility to interpret trends, receive feedback, and optimize KPI data to deliver superior performance and outcomes
nMust possess a high motor and not afraid to add to our team by advancing our position in a competitive marketplace in accordance with our company mission and values
nBe a positive and upbeat individual who thrives working in a team environment

nMOTIVE Sports & Physical Therapy is based in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. The clinic locations are easily accessible. We are located in areas with convenient access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and more.
