Neuro Outpatient Physical Therapist Highlights/Benefits

Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Hospital in Central Texas Qualify for Student Loan Forgiveness !

Outpatient setting with nearly 100% Neuro caseload Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord (SCI), Stroke, Polytrauma, Parkinson's, balance, etc

1:1 Patient Care with 45-60min Evals/Tx - No Double Booking, No Dovetailing!

Work on a large multi-disciplinary team

Formal onboarding/mentorship process (4-6 weeks)

Medical, Dental & Life Insurance, Full Benefits, 5% Retirement match

Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4.5 weeks

Full-time, permanent position - this is not a travel assignment

Recent/Upcoming New Grads WILL be considered

About the Physical Therapist Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

An active TX PT License or the ability to obtain one

Passion for patient-centered care

Collaborative, team-building personality style

Servant leader mindset
