Highlights:
Non-Profit, Hospital-based Outpatient Clinic Qualifies for Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

1:1 Patient Care with each visit lasting 45 minutes
100% Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload Some of your time spent working with college and high school athletes
Low productivity environment
1 Hour of your day set aside for documentation
Enjoy full autonomy; no micromanagement
Newer Therapists will have an experienced Senior PT to provide mentorship
Work-life balance with no weekends, no overtime expected, no taking work home with you
Benefits:
$80,000 to $120,000 - pay based on years of experience

4.5 weeks PTO
Paid CEUs, Licensure and Medbridge subscription provided
About the Position:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care . We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required
Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one
Passion for patient-centered care and an Orthopedic caseload
Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting
