Job description
Highlights: Hospital-based Outpatient Clinic with a 100% Orthopedic caseload
400+ bed Level I Trauma Center with 14 Outpatient Clinics - numerous awards for Clinical Excellence

Clinic is attached to a 10,000 sqft, 2-story, state-of-the-art gym. Therapists have full access, including to aquatic therapy
1:1 Patient Care with each visit lasting 60 minutes
Low productivity environment
Enjoy full autonomy; no micromanagement
Newer Therapists will have an experienced Senior PT to provide mentorship
Over 30 Surgeons providing a consistent caseload
Work-life balance with no weekends, no overtime expected, no taking work home with you
Benefits: $100,000 to $120,000 - pay based on years of experience

About the Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care . We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Higher in Physical Therapy required
Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred
Texas PT License or the ability to obtain one
Passion for patient-centered care and an Orthopedic caseload
Desire to treat in a 1:1 patient-focused setting
Excellent communication skills
Servant-leader mindset
