Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics | Brookhaven, PA | Up to $126K + $5K Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic cases
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
Maintain a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with a mix of early and late shifts
Participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical skills
Qualifications and Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice

Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary: $81,000 - $126,000 (based on experience)
$5,000 sign-on bonus
$1,750 annual continuing education (CEU) allowance
