Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic PT | Broomall, PA | Up to $125K + Sign-On Bonus
Join our established outpatient physical therapy practice located in the desirable Main Line corridor near Broomall, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced orthopedic PTs and new graduates looking to launch their career with comprehensive mentorship and competitive compensation.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy services with focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain compliance with all state and federal physical therapy practice regulations
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Job Requirements
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual base salary: $81,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)

Monday through Friday schedule - no weekends required
