Description
nThe physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others and the patient. Provision of care for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients may be required. Coverage of both inpatient and outpatient services may be required at the Ballard and Issaquah clinics. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state of the art practice.

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnCoursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy

nnWashington Physical Therapist License upon hire

nnNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
