Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: PT-CA References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred Active CA License Outpatient Experience or New Grad at Decreased Rate
