Qualifications
Must Hold (Or Be Eligible To Obtain) A Physical Therapist License In The State Of Illinois
One Year Experience As A Licensed Physical Therapist Preferred, But New Grads Are Welcome To Apply
Prior Work Comp Experience, Strongly Preferred

Usd $80,000.00 - Usd $92,000.00 /Yr.
