Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist, Sign-On Bonus
Location: Gratiot, OH Job Type: Full-time or part-time (31, 33, or 40 hours per week) Pay: $39.50 to $53.00 per hour plus sign-on bonus

Must-Haves
Degree in Physical Therapy
Current Ohio Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain
At least one clinical rotation in a rehab setting, such as outpatient, acute rehab, SNF, acute medical, home health, or behavioral health
What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans
Provide individual and group physical therapy for a wide range of diagnoses
Cover all units, gaining cross-training across the full rehab continuum
Use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality care
Document efficiently in Epic EMR
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team under a respected Rehab Manager
Nice-to-Haves
Outpatient orthopedic or rehab experience
Epic EMR experience
Compensation and Benefits
$39.50 to $53.00 per hour based on experience
