Job description

Join A Clinician-Led Practice Built For Growth-Minded Doctors Of Physical Therapy

Our clinicians typically treat 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance. Whether you are a new graduate, early-career clinician, or experienced DPT, we invite you to apply and spend part of a day with us to experience our culture firsthand.

Growth supported through NJDPT's Ascend Compensation Model, which recognizes clinical development, professional growth, mentorship, leadership, and meaningful contributions to the practice

Medical, dental, and vision

IRA: Vanguard retirement plan with employer match

Schedule & Caseload

1–2 patients per hour — a sustainable model, not high-volume care

Flexible full-time scheduling options

Option to design a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek

4 weeks PTO
