nAbout the Role:

nPTPro is growing, and we're looking for exceptional physical therapists who want to practice at the highest level. If you're passionate about true one-on-one care, skilled manual therapy, lifelong learning, and building meaningful relationships with your patients and teammates, you'll thrive here! Our clinics built around mentorship, collaboration, and clinical excellence. We give PTs the time, autonomy, and support they need to do their best work. We have an atmosphere that puts both patients and clinicians first.

nResponsibilities:

nConduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.

nCreate personalized treatment plans to address individual rehabilitation goals.

nAdminister therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing and recovery.

nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

nEducate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

nDocument patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

nStay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and industry trends.

nRequirements:

nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

nCurrent Washington State Physical Therapy License in good standing.

nMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.

nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

nCompassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

nFlexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

nCPR certification and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
