Job description
The Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment in accordance with physician's orders.

nRequired Skills
nnCognizant of home health standards and practices, including assessments specific to discipline and documentation requirements.
nBasic computer knowledge and skills
n nRequired Experience
nnGraduate of an approved program in physical therapy and licensed as such by the P.T. Examining Committee of the CA Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
nActive California Physical Therapy License
nCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart Association
nCurrent California driver’s license
nValid auto insurance
n nPreferred:
nnMinimum 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
nElectronic medical record input experience
n nnQualifications:
nnCognizant of home health standards and practices, including assessments specific to discipline and documentation requirements.
