Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed physical therapist to assess patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians to improve mobility and function.
You will supervise PT assistants, maintain detailed records, use evidence-based practices, and contribute to discharge planning while providing supportive patient education.
This position requires active CA state licensure and a commitment to high-quality care in a team-based setting.
