Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a clinical setting. You will diagnose movement dysfunction, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise assistants while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with physicians and the health team, communicate progress, and participate in trainings and policy compliance.
