nResponsibilities
nThe Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. You'll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
nnnEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
n
nnProvide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.
n
nnMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
n
nnEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
n
nnCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
n
nnMaintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

nnn Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapynn
nn Current state Physical Therapy licensenn
nn Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.nn

nPay Transparency
nBridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40 .00 to $ 50.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
