Earning of Up to $111,495/Annually including bonus.
What You Will Need: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
A desire for continuous learning and growth.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
