Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health
Location: 3455 REWAK DRIVE, SUITE 106, FAIRBANKS, AK
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: starting at $90,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
Sign‑On Incentive: Up to $20,000
Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
Pelvic health experience in the last 3 years
Herman Wallace Level 1 or equivalent
Valid state physical therapist license
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Completed pelvic health certification from Herman Wallace or APTA
