nPosition: Physical Therapist - Pelvic
nLocation: Lincoln Park Athletic Club
nSchedule: Full Time
nCompensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on years of experience
nIncentives: $2,000 Bonus PLUS Student Loan Repayment Assistance
nOur RUSH Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.
nOur beautiful Physical Therapy clinic is located in the Heart of Lincoln Park.You’ll become part of a collaborative team of five skilled clinicians who treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurologic and pelvic conditions.This clinic has a Sports Medicine and General Orthopedic Population.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
