nCompensation: Starting at $78,000
nIncentives: $10,000 Bonus
nOur Select Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center in Fountain, CO is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist (PT) to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. Your population will continue to include general orthopedics within our large supportive clinical team.
nNew graduate physical therapists are welcome to apply to join our established CoreVia program. Previous pelvic health experience as a physical therapist is a PLUS.

nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License
n
nnCPR certification
n
