nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Pelvic Health/Ortho Split
nLocation: 2940 E Banner Gateway Dr, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234
nIncentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment
nSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
nOur Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven Pelvic Health/Ortho physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.
nThis outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Gilbert, AZ. Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous Pelvic Floor experience preferred. New Grads Welcome to apply!

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
