Per Diem Physical Therapist
Work Location: West Hills, CA, USA
Onsite or Remote Fully On-Site Work Schedule Every other Saturday 9 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
Salary Range: $77.85 - 87.58 Hourly
Employment Type 6 - Staff: Per Diem Duration indefinite
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals with a variety of diagnoses in the acute care setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
The primary focus of this role is direct patient care and supporting patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes during their hospital stay.

Strong clinical skills in the acute care environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
A collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork, including sharing knowledge, providing and receiving constructive feedback, assisting colleagues when needed, and contributing to problem-solving efforts.

Job Qualifications
Current and valid California Physical Therapist license required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred
