nStarting salary: $80,080 - $108,804.80

nResponsibilities
nLooking for dynamic, motivated physical therapist for busy outpatient clinic that offers services including Revital, hand therapy, sports injury rehab, and women's health.
nAs a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
nnnTimely and accurate documentation usingCasamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source
n
nnInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n
nnEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement
n
nnInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n
nnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
