Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 1661 E Camelback Road, Suite 152, Phoenix AZ, 85016
nIncentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Uncapped Student Loan Repayment
nSchedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 Evenings until 6 pm)
nCompensation: Salaried, $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
