nWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Phoenixville, United States. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.
nnnEvaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

nnPerform hands-on therapeutic treatments and exercises

nnDocument patient progress and maintain detailed medical records
n
nnEducate patients and their families about recovery processes and home exercise programs
n
nnCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
n
nnAssess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

nnImplement preventive care strategies and rehabilitation techniques

nnMaintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
n
nnStay current with latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
n
n nQualifications
nnnDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
n
nnCurrent Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
n
nnValid CPR certification
n
nnStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
n
nnExcellent patient care and communication abilities
n
nnProficiency in documentation and electronic health records
n
nnExperience in developing and implementing treatment plans
n
nnKnowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices
