Job Opportunity at Your Aging Therapist, LLCWe are looking for compassionate, dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping adults improve their mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life.RequirementsCurrent Georgia PT/PTA license in good standingLicensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred, or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensureGraduate of an accredited PT or PTA programCurrent CPR/BLS certificationValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insuranceWillingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settingsAbility to travel to patients’ homes and community locations as neededStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with the therapy teamTimely and accurate completion of patient documentationComfortable working with older adults and individuals with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditionsAbility to safely assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobilityCommitment to patient-centered, compassionate carePreferredGeorgia and South Carolina licensureExperience with geriatric or adult rehabilitationExperience with home-based/mobile therapyExperience with fall prevention, balance, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitationWhat We’re Looking ForOur ideal clinician is reliable, flexible, compassionate, and a team player.
