n nJob Description
nWe have an immediate opening for a staff Physical Therapist at our Plymouth clinic, and are looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care, committed to continuous growth, and eager to develop expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.
nNew Grad Mentorship Program
nnn12 -24 month structured, formal program paired with an experienced Mentor. Weekly one-on-one’s along with consistent coaching/feedback.
n
nnFirst Phase: Clinic Operations
n
nnSecond Phase: Skill Development – including manual therapy, differential diagnosis treatment, and communication strategies with patients
n
nnThird Phase: Caseload ramp-up and independence
n
nnFourth Phase: Professional Growth – focus on career route beyond treating and CEU planning
n
n nLeadership Development and Mentorship
nnnProgram to develop and shape clinicians into a leadership role including Directorship and Clinical Instructor training
n
nnIndividualized Program Plans Steering Clinician to career pathway
n
nnWeekly meetings with Regional Leaders with Operational skill development
n
nnTaking on Assistant responsibilities
n
nnBusiness and Strategic Development including financial planning, marketing, growth/mentorship training, and leading staff
n
n nQualifications
nnnLicensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
n
nnCurrent Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
n
nnProficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
