nSSM Health St. Joseph's Health Center - St. Charles, MO

nPRN / Physical Therapist

nnnTier I - $47 (plus weekend differential) - 1 shift per month (one must be weekend shift) - 1 holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion)

nnTier II - $52 (plus weekend differential) - 3 shifts per month (at least 2 must be weekend shifts) - One summer and one winter holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion)

n nSSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles continues to meet the evolving health care needs of our patients and community. Located conveniently in historic, downtown St. Charles, our 333-bed acute care hospital is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center, a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center and specializes in many other specialties.

nThis is an excellent opportunity to be considered for Full Time Physical Therapy positions when they come available throughout the year.

nResponsibilities

nnnEvaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.

n

nnResponsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.

n

nnEnsures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.

n

nnServes as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self.

n

nnPerforms other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.

n

n nQualifications

nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

n

nnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
