Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Chicago area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You'll Do: Provide PT services
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We're Looking For: IL Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
