Physical Therapist - PRN - Home Health - Oak Park Illinois

Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team , serving patients in Oak Park and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
Help patients achieve critical outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
Valid state license.
Valid driver’s license.
CPR certification.
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is great but not required.
