Join MOTION's outpatient clinics across Queens and Brooklyn, where you can help people get back to the activities they love while treating a wide range of patients and conditions. From orthopedic injuries and post-surgical recovery to sports rehabilitation and everyday mobility, you'll use hands-on treatment and individualized care to make a visible difference. Work alongside dedicated clinicians who share ideas and support one another while serving their communities. With the option to work in Queens, Brooklyn, or both, you can explore a flexible coverage arrangement that fits your interests.

Job Type: Per Diem (as-needed basis). Schedule and hours will vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.
Job Location: This role provides coverage at our following outpatient clinics in Queens and Brooklyn. We welcome candidates interested in working across both boroughs or in Queens or Brooklyn only. Clinic assignments offer some flexibility and will be discussed during the interview process. Potential locations include:

Responsibilities
As a PT You'll Achieve Success By:
Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
1+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting; No New Grads
Compensation: $70/Hr. Benefits include paid sick leave, FEDlogic Benefit Navigation, Commuter FSA, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
